Birch Resources was founded in 2010 by Sally Allen based on a foundation of 20+ years of Human Resources expertise. Sally is a true generalist who can guide you along the entire spectrum of the employee lifecycle. She has proven expertise partnering with organizations to ensure best practices, facilitate change and maximize employee engagement. Ability to advise clients in multiple functional areas, including establishing or improving the HR infrastructure, managing employee relations issues, policy definition and implementation, process improvement, state and federal compliance, benefits administration, compensation administration, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and payroll vendor selection and implementation, training, performance management, talent acquisition, and diversity & inclusion.
In addition to her professional experience, Sally has her Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Lesley University and Bachelors Degree in Sociology & Business from Northeastern University and is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
